Are you an experienced operational leader with a background in renewable energy, electrical contracting or engineering?
We're working with a growing and highly respected organisation within the clean energy sector seeking a Director to lead project delivery, technical excellence and operational performance across a portfolio of renewable energy and electrical infrastructure projects.
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for overseeing operations, projects, engineering, compliance and commercial performance while helping to drive the next phase of business growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading operational and project delivery teams
* Driving performance, profitability and project success
* Providing technical leadership across renewable energy and electrical projects
* Maintaining industry accreditations and compliance standards
* Working closely with senior stakeholders to support growth and strategic objectives
* Developing processes, systems and operational best practice
What We're Looking For
* Senior management experience within renewable energy, electrical, construction or engineering sectors
* Strong technical understanding of electrical installations and energy technologies
* Experience managing operational teams and project delivery functions
* Commercial awareness and strong leadership capability
* Knowledge of industry compliance and accreditation requirements
