Marble Talent Group is delighted to be recruiting an experienced Electric Project Design Lead to join our clients dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of multiple Electrical Building Services projects from concept through to completion.
* Coordinate all electrical design activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards.
* Manage project programmes, design resources and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and client requirements.
* Act as the primary electrical design contact for clients, consultants and internal project teams.
* Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to Electrical Design Engineers, promoting professional development and best practice.
* Drive quality, innovation and continuous improvement across the electrical design function, ensuring efficient and sustainable design solutions.
Personal Requirements -
* Strong Building Services design experience.
* Experience leading M&E design teams.
* Electrical technical background.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
