Position: Electrical Manufacturing Technician NVQ Level 3 Qualified Apprenticeship

Salary: up to £39,000 DOE

Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire

The opportunity:

Your ability in adapting to various responsibilities will be essential in this role. You will be instrumental in ensuring timely manufacturing build and inspection processes, while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and product quality. Your keen eye for detail will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results across these tasks. Please note you will need a need a formal Technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21.

Carry out the production, repair, and modification of company products to meet defined build standards and specification requirements, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to guidelines.
Possess a versatile skill base with the capability to apply these skills across a wide range of tasks.
Be fully conversant with all equipment, tools, and measuring instruments associated with the manufacturing cycle, ensuring efficient and accurate production processes.
Ensure manufacturing build and inspection times are met, maintaining efficiency and adherence to schedules.
Check and complete all required manufacturing data requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
Ensure compliance with all procedures associated with the manufacturing process.
Certify the product in line with the product certification procedure, ensuring it meets all necessary standards and requirements.
Maintain product certification and approval through regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Share effective strategies with other team members to foster collaboration an improve overall performance.

What we're looking for:

Formal technical engineering/craft apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 is essential for this role.
Formal further education certificate to HNC or equivalent certificate is preferable.
Proven planning and organising skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent collaborator who prioritises customer satisfaction

Due to the nature of our business, this particular vacancy requires the applicant as a minimum to be a British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship and capable of achieving the clearance levels mentioned above
