Electrical Manager - PFI - Stoke on Trent - £45k - £47k.

An Electrical Manager is required by a well respected FM services business to take management and control of Electrical maintenance operations across the contract, managing direct and subcontract labour to deliver reactive and planned maintenance.

This contract covers 88 schools and is in a very healthy steady state, enjoying a great relationship with the SPV.

The PFI contract end is October 2025 but the FM company are in advanced negotiations with the schools to continue with a standard FM delivery contract after the PFI has expired.

You will have:

Time served (C&G) Electrical qualifications
C&G 2391 Electrical Inspection & Testing qualification
Health & Safety knowledge and experience within occupied premises
Good communication skills
