* Review electrical drawings, designs, specifications and installation methods.

* Oversee the installation and integration of solar PV systems, inverters, battery storage and associated electrical infrastructure.

* Manage testing, inspection, commissioning and handover documentation.

* Liaise with project managers, clients, suppliers, designers and distribution network operators where required.

* Monitor project progress, quality and productivity, resolving technical issues as they arise.

* Ensure risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work are implemented.

* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, installation quality and project profitability.

About You

The successful candidate will be an experienced electrical professional with a strong background in electrical installations and a good understanding of solar PV systems.

You will ideally have:

* A recognised electrical qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

* Proven experience in an electrical supervisory or management role.

* Strong knowledge of solar PV installations, inverters, battery storage and associated electrical systems.

* A thorough understanding of current UK wiring regulations, including BS 7671, and relevant electrical safety standards.

* Experience managing electrical teams, subcontractors and multiple projects.

* The ability to interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications and installation plans.

* Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

* A proactive approach to health and safety, quality assurance and compliance.

* A full UK driving licence, where travel between sites is required.

Relevant additional qualifications, such as an ECS/JIB card, SSSTS or SMSTS, inspection and testing qualifications, and solar PV training, would be advantageous.

What We Offer
