Are you an Electrical Manager looking for work?
Our client is a growing electrical contractor delivering a range of residential refurbishment, new-build and solar installation projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee the day-to-day running and delivery of their electrical works.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrical professional looking to take the next step into a management position, with genuine responsibility for the successful delivery of projects.
The Role
As Electrical Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of electrical projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day running of electrical projects
Managing electricians, subcontractors and site activities
Coordinating labour, materials and project requirements
Carrying out regular site visits and monitoring progress
Liaising with clients, contractors and other trades
Ensuring projects remain on programme and within agreed requirements
Dealing with any issues or challenges that arise during projects
Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
Managing multiple projects across residential refurbishment, new-build and solar installations
Providing project updates and communicating progress to senior management
Taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical works
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and previous experience in a supervisory, management or project management position.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience within the electrical industry
Previous experience managing electrical projects and/or teams
Strong knowledge of residential electrical works
Experience within refurbishment and/or new-build projects
Solar installation experience would be advantageous
Excellent organisational and communication skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
A proactive approach with good problem-solving skills
The confidence to take ownership and make decisions
