Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: Up to £57,500 DOE
Location: Dudley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Our client, a well-established and respected manufacturing business, is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with supervisory experience to join a successful business offering a competitive salary and excellent work-life balance.
The Role
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of engineers, ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of the site's production equipment and facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting the electrical maintenance team on a day-to-day basis.
Carrying out electrical maintenance across site facilities, equipment and manufacturing machinery.
Ensuring PPM and TPM schedules are completed while responding quickly and effectively to breakdowns.
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and panel drawings to diagnose faults.
PLC fault finding.
Supporting the installation, commissioning and continuous improvement of new plant and machinery.
Driving high standards of safety, reliability and engineering performance across the department.
About You
Our client is looking for someone who has:
Previous electrical maintenance experience within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
A recognised Electrical qualification (Level 3 or above).
Strong PLC fault-finding skills.
Previous experience leading or supervising an engineering team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
What's on Offer
Salary up to £57,500, depending on experience.
Monday to Friday days role - 8:00am to 4:30pm.
33 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
