Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (Days only)
Starting salary £60,000 - £62,000
This is a brand new role based at a heritage building in Piccadilly very close to Green Park and Bond Street (Elizabeth Line) Stations.
There is a large maintenance team on site with a day shift team that cover the facillity from 08:00 - 22:00
The Shift Pattern is 4 on 4 off but days only – no night shift, the shift pattern that means that the team will only work days 08:00 – 17:00 or 12:00 – 22:00
There are two Supervisors who work on Days along with an Account Manager, the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor will provide an extra layer communicating between the shift team and the Management team, the Maintenance Supervisor will also become the Water AP for the site (following the relevant training).
The deputy would also stand in and cover for the shift engineers if there are any unexpected shortfalls on the team due to sickness, and of couse any additional hours would be paid at the relevant overtime rate so this expecation to cover the vacant shifts would include weekends so you would need to be pretty flexible.
