Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Electrical Maintenance Operative to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Electrical Maintenance Operative who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Electrical Maintenance Operative, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Electrical Maintenance Operative will be responsible for:
* Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance in line with BS 7671 and site standards.
* Maintain compliance with health & safety, SHE, and statutory regulations at all times.
* Complete maintenance documentation accurately, updating systems and records as required.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and management to resolve issues.
To be successful for this Electrical Maintenance Operative role you must have:
* 18th Edition (BS 7671) qualification
* Level 3 NVQ diploma in installing Electrotechnical systems and Equipment.
* AM2 passed (desirable)
* Proven experience providing electrical maintenance services in a large, complex environment.
* Practical knowledge of building services systems including power distribution, fire, security, HVAC, and public health.
