Salary: £30,000–£45,000
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
Looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday electrical role with variety, autonomy and a great work-life balance?
We’re hiring an Electrical Maintenance Operative to support a growing UK property portfolio across South Wales and the Midlands.
You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, keep sites safe and compliant, and help ensure facilities are well maintained.

The Role
Complete electrical maintenance, inspections and repairs across multiple sites
Diagnose faults and deliver safe, effective fixes
Follow health and safety, Permit to Work and incident reporting procedures
Log completed work accurately using internal systems
About You
Qualified electrician with completed apprenticeship
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
18th Edition certification
IPAF licence and full UK driving licence
Confident working independently across multiple sites
