Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Wandsworth
Salary: £44,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday – Days
Location: Wandsworth, London
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s team at a commercial site in Wandsworth. This is a hands-on role focused on PPM, reactive maintenance and electrical fault finding, ensuring site plant and equipment remain safe, reliable and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
Diagnose and repair electrical faults
Emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing
Plant room maintenance and maintenance on plant pumps
Maintenance on HVAC Equipment
Carry out inspections, testing and servicing
Fault find on electrical control systems
Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtimeRequirements
Recognised electrical qualification – City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship, HNC/HND or equivalent
Previous electrical maintenance experience
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience with motors, drives, control panels and electrical systems
Good understanding of electrical drawings
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a teamWhat's on Offer?
