Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Immediate Start – Temporary contract
Are you an Electrical maintenance engineer looking to get started on immediate work? My client being a leading service provider in building services maintenance is looking for an engineer to join their team immediately. The position is a Temporary to Permanent contract.
The Site: A large commercial office space in London.
Work Hours 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: up to £23 per hour
Responsibilities and duties
* PPM and reactive maintenance
* Fault finding and competent to rectify
* Emergency lighting, FCU’s, AHU’s, HVAC plant, Water treatment
* Regular fire alarm testing and drills. Ensuring the fire equipment is in working order and updating the fire alarm log book
* Liaise with management regarding health and safety procedures/issues, ongoing repairs and faults, maintenance and building services.
Requirements
* Minimum C&G level/NVQ 3 Electrical or Mechanical
* 17th / 18th edition
* C&G level 1 and 2 installation 2365
* Experience in commercial building services
* Must be competent in both types of job role
* General maintenance experience
* Time served in an apprenticeship is an advantage
