Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer to support production by carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, leading continuous improvement projects and providing technical support across the maintenance function.

Working on automated production equipment, you'll be responsible for fault finding, preventative maintenance, supporting new machine installations and mentoring fellow engineers while ensuring production downtime is kept to a minimum.

The Ideal Candidate

* Minimum 10 years' maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.

* Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.

* Experience with CNC machinery, PLCs, servo motors and drives.

* Fanuc robot experience and the ability to read electrical drawings.

* HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

* Proactive team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

What's On Offer?

* £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary.

* Shift allowance taking the package to around £50,000.
