Electrical Engineer
Location: Peckham, South East London
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Overtime Available
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our growing team based in Peckham, South East London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable, long-term position with genuine opportunities for training, career progression, and additional earnings through overtime.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and electrical installations across a variety of commercial and industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance works.
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely.
* Complete electrical testing, inspections, and installations as required.
* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current regulations and company procedures.
* Accurately complete service reports and maintenance documentation.
* Liaise with clients and colleagues to deliver a high standard of service.
* Adhere to all health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Electrical Engineering.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
* Previous experience within a maintenance, facilities management, or commercial electrical environment.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
