Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £50,000 – £52,000
Shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm
Questech Recruitment are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established engineering team within a large heavy manufacturing environment in Doncaster.
The Role
* Planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
* Electrical fault finding on motors, drives, sensors, control panels and automated machinery.
* Responding to breakdowns and minimising production downtime.
* Electrical installation, repairs and modifications.
* Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects.
* Completing maintenance records and ensuring safe working practices.
The Candidate
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering or equivalent – essential.
* Previous experience in electrical maintenance within manufacturing or heavy industry.
* Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* Experience with motors, drives, conveyors and industrial machinery.
* Mechanical maintenance experience would be advantageous.
* Able to work effectively as part of a busy engineering team
