Electrical Maintenance Engineer
£50,000 | Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00

We’re looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected facilities management business on a prestigious London portfolio in the City of London. This is working in a professional, client-facing environment.

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be:

* Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical systems

* Working on LV systems, lighting, UPS, generators, AHUs, FCUs, and general building services

* Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards

* Using the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets

* Maintaining plant rooms to a high standard and ensuring compliance at all times

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll need:

* To be fully qualified (Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent)

* Minimum 5 years’ experience within building services or facilities maintenance

* Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems

* Client-facing with a professional, proactive approach
