Temporary Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Holiday Cover

We're currently looking for experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineers to support several of our Facilities Management clients with temporary holiday cover across commercial buildings throughout London and the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who are immediately available, between contracts or looking to pick up additional work.
The Role
*
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
*
Reactive electrical maintenance
*
Electrical fault finding
*
Emergency lighting testing
*
Fire alarm testing
*
Plant room inspections
*
Minor electrical repairs
*
Basic mechanical and building services maintenance
*
Escorting specialist contractors
*
Completing maintenance reports via CAFM systems
*
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures
Requirements
✔️ NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
✔️ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
✔️ Previous experience within commercial building services maintenance
✔️ Strong fault-finding ability
✔️ Excellent communication skills
