Salary: £46,000 per annum + Overtime
Location: Mayfair, London
Working Hours: Monday–Friday | Early & Late Shifts
Shifts: 7:00am–4:00pm & 10:00am–7:00pm

The Role
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a high-quality commercial environment in Mayfair.
You will play an important role in ensuring all electrical systems and equipment are maintained to the highest standards, responding efficiently to any faults or breakdowns and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance.

Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely.
*
Undertake routine inspections and testing of electrical systems.
*
Ensure all maintenance work is completed to a high standard.
*
Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
*
Complete relevant maintenance records and documentation.
*
Work closely with the wider engineering and facilities team.
*
Ensure all works are carried out in line with relevant health & safety procedures.
*
Support the ongoing improvement and reliability of site systems.
What We're Looking For
*
Previous experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
*
Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding skills.
*
Relevant electrical qualifications, ideally City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
*
Good understanding of electrical systems and commercial building services.
*
A professional approach with excellent communication skills.
*
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
*
A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering high standards of work.
