12 Hour Rotating Days & Nights
Synergi Recruitment are recruiting for Contract Maintenance Engineers to join a leading manufacturing business in Warwickshire.
This is a hands-on role supporting production through reactive and planned maintenance on automated machinery within a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Electrical fault finding and breakdown response
Planned preventative maintenance
Supporting continuous improvement activities
Working closely with production to reduce downtime
What We're Looking For
Electrically biased engineer
Manufacturing or FMCG experience preferred
Strong fault-finding skills
Able to work independently and within a team
The Package
£38.00 per hour Outside IR35
12-hour rotating days and nights
