Foot Mobile Engineer
City of London
£45,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card
This is a great chance for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading Building Service Maintenance provider covering several commercial sites within the City of London. The role will be covering PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. As part of this role, you will be overseeing the work of an additional engineer, this is a great chance to gain supervisor experience on several sites, building relationships with several clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be integral to maintaining the high standards expected within their facilities. Your expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving electrical issues will be paramount, ensuring that all systems function optimally and downtime is minimised.
A comprehensive travel card will be provided, ensuring hassle-free access to all sites and allowing you to focus on what you do best. This role is not just about technical prowess; it's also about building relationships. You'll have the chance to engage directly with clients, showcasing your problem-solving skills and customer service excellence.
Duties:
PPM and Reactive Maintenance
Electrical Fault-Finding
Single & Three Phase Power
Emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
Sprinkler systems
AHUs, FCUs
Generators
Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
Pumps & Motors
BMS Operation
Site Folders, Elogbooks, Managing Contractors,
Requirements:
Fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
Prior experience in Commercial Property Maintenance (3 years prior)
Great communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
Familiar with site folders, E-logbooks and other forms of documentations
Salary and Benefits:
£45,000 per annum + Zone 1 and Zone 2 Travel Card
Monday - Friday, 8 -5
25 days holiday entitlement + Bank holidays
