Electrical Lead

Salter Grange is partnering with a leading international contractor to recruit an Electrical Lead for a major Data Centre project in Switzerland
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-profile, mission-critical projects across Europe, with excellent career development and long-term opportunities.
As the Electrical Lead you will lead the electrical package on a large-scale project, overseeing site operations, subcontractors, programme delivery, safety, quality, and commercial performance.
Electrical Lead Responsibilities
* Lead the Electrical Systems package from installation through to handover
* Manage site safety, quality, and compliance
* Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against programme
* Oversee project costs, labour, materials, and variations
* Produce weekly progress and cost reports
* Attend client, planning, and project meetings
* Drive programme delivery and ensure project milestones are achieved
* Support project close-out, commissioning, and handover activities
Electrical Lead Requirements
* Electrical trade background and/or relevant qualification
* 5+ years' experience managing large-scale construction projects
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and building services
* Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Data Centre experience is highly desirable
