Are you an Electrician or Electrical Installation Engineer looking to step away from the tools and into a more rewarding and structured career?

Do you want to pass on your knowledge to the next generation of Electricians while gaining excellent holidays, pension, stability and long-term career development?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected further education college with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Electrical Installation and Apprenticeship training. The college works with a large number of electrical apprentices and has built an excellent reputation within engineering and technical education.

You will work with learners progressing through Level 3 standards and support them towards successful completion of their AM2 and apprenticeship qualifications.
This role would suit a Level 3 qualified Electrician who wants a career change into teaching and training. You do not need previous teaching experience as full teacher training and support will be provided. The key requirement is industry experience, strong Electrical Installation knowledge, and a genuine desire to help develop future electricians. The college offers an excellent work-life balance with outstanding holidays, one of the best pension schemes available, structured working hours, long-term stability and the opportunity to build a highly rewarding career within education.
The Role:

*Delivering Electrical Installation training to employed apprentices
