Salary: MPS/UPS (+ TLR £7,031 for Head of Department)

GSL Education is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate teacher to lead the highly successful Electrical Installation Department. We welcome applications from experienced educators as well as candidates seeking their first leadership role.
About the Role:
This position is ideal for a qualified teacher/lecturer eager to join a dedicated team of specialists committed to delivering high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement. The successful candidate will be an inspiring educator with a proven track record of good retention and success, capable of teaching Electrical Installation and related units across a variety of courses.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Ability to teach Level 2 and Level 3 City and Guilds Qualifications, EAL Certificates, and T-Levels.
- Minimum of a Level 3 industry qualification, including 18th Edition and Inspection & Testing.
- A relevant teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE, or equivalent) or willingness to obtain one.
- An Assessors Award or willingness to study for it.
Professional Development:
A comprehensive professional development package will be provided for a suitably experienced individual with a strong Electrical background.
Requirements:
Previous teaching experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
