Electrical Installation Trainer

Witney

£40,000 - £50,000 + Pension + 36 Days Holiday + Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm) + Ongoing CPD + Renewable Energy Training

As electrical technologies continue to evolve, the organisation is investing heavily in renewable and emerging technologies including Solar PV, EV Charging, Battery Storage and Inspection & Testing. This provides an excellent opportunity for experienced trainers to broaden their own knowledge while delivering industry-leading training.

In this role, you will deliver Electrical Installation training to apprentices and industry learners, supporting both practical and classroom-based development. You will guide learners through their qualifications, assess their progress, and help prepare them for successful careers within the electrical industry.

This role would suit a qualified Electrical Installation Trainer who is passionate about developing others and is looking to join a supportive organisation that invests in both its staff and the latest industry technologies.

The Role

Deliver Electrical Installation training to apprentices and learners
Support both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning
Assess learner progress and provide guidance, feedback and support
Deliver training across Electrical Installation and specialist short courses
Undertake training in Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging and Inspection & Testing
Monday to Friday position based in Witney
The Person

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
Teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent)
Assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards if required)
Strong Electrical Installation industry experience
Experience delivering Electrical Installation training
Interest in renewable technologies and ongoing professional development
