Electrical Improver
Henley Recruitment is looking for 2–3 Electrical Improvers to join our team on an exciting off-site data centre project.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Electrical Improvers who are happy working in a comfortable, off-site workshop environment rather than on a live construction site. The role is expected to last around 6 weeks, offering consistent work alongside a friendly and experienced team.
What You'll Be Doing
*
Measuring, making up and terminating flex and data cables.
*
Working on an organised assembly line with a team of 5–6 operatives
*
Using hand tools to complete work safely and accurately
*
Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards
*
Working to high-quality standards while following project specifications
What We're Looking For
*
Previous experience working as an Electrical Improver
*
Valid ECS Card (essential)
*
Experience measuring, making up, and terminating flex and data cables
*
Own hand tools
*
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
*
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
