Working Electrical Foreman Required – Immediate Start
Henley Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Working Electrical Foreman for a long-term commercial office development based in Slough.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project from the outset, with long-term work available for the right candidate.
Start Date: Monday, 3rd August 2026
The Role
Working as a hands-on Electrical Foreman, you will lead by example while carrying out commercial electrical installation works and coordinating day-to-day site activities.
Duties will include:

Supervising electricians and electrical labour on site
*
Commercial electrical installations
*
Metal containment installation
*
Cable installation
*
Wiring control panels
*
Second fixing
*
Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme
*
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety
Requirements
*
Valid JIB Gold Card
*
SSSTS Certificate (Essential)
*
Previous experience as a Working Electrical Foreman
*
Strong commercial installation background
*
Own tools and full PPE
*
Ability to manage workloads and communicate effectively with site management and subcontractors
Working Hours
*
Monday to Friday
*
8:00am – 5:00pm
