Electrical Estimator
Car and Package – Hybrid options
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with our sector specialist client, who provide design and installation of mechanical, electrical, and public health services, predominantly delivering high end residential, student accommodation, hotel, and care home projects.
Due to continued growth, our client has an immediate vacancy for an Electrical Estimator to join their successful Pre-Contract estimating team based at Warrington.
As a specialist they provide quick turnaround of tender & preconstruction information and therefore this is a permanent office-based position, however occasional flexible / home working is offered where the workload permits.
This candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Production of detailed tender bids and cost plans
* Attending mid and post tender meetings
* Post tender control.
* Interfacing with both our existing and prospective new clients
* Communication and interfacing with sub-contractor and supplier companies, using existing companies and generating new leads.
The position will involve the day-to-day management of the tender process to ensure standards are maintained and deadlines are met. Whilst electrically biased, the position also demands a wide knowledge of mechanical engineering services. Candidates will need to demonstrate a broad knowledge of the industry and will have experience in a wide range of sectors, preferably including residential, hotel, student accommodation and care home projects.
