Based in Sheffield / Leeds
Salary up to £60,000 + Car allowance
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an industry leading FM company going through an exciting growth period. The chosen Estimator will be responsible for pricing up electrical work and services as well as install projects around their chosen regional patch. The contracts will be Health care and general FM.
Job Description
Leasing with project managers and office staff
Reviewing client specifications to ensure they are suitable and within time frame provided
Dealing with customer enquiries, Site surveys & Quote generation
Carry out estimation on various commercial projects
Ensuring mechanical bids align with specific requirements
Requirements
Proven experience as an electrical estimator
Experience with financial and project management principles
Building relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and engineers
Electrical background required
Relevant engineering qualifications
