Description:
Fuseland specialise in full mechanical and electrical fit outs across a range of sectors including Commercial , retail, educational and residential.
Projects range in value from £50K to £6 million, with a full range of Electrical & Mechanical services offered.
The role is office based within our Bristol Office
Duties:
- Review project specifications and drawings .
- Conduct site visits when needed and gather necessary information to provide a comprehensive estimate return
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- Collaborate with Mechanical Estimators and other team members to develop accurate estimates
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
- Present estimates to clients and participate in negotiations as needed
- Maintain documentation of estimates, including revisions and updates
Requirements:
·Proven experience as an Estimator in the Electrical industry
·Electrical Installation background is preferred
·Proficient in using estimating software (SEC Cypher ) and Microsoft Office
·Strong computer skills
·Strong attention to detail and accuracy
·Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
·Effective communication and negotiation skills
