YCR is currently recruiting for an experienced
Electrical Estimator
on behalf of a growing and highly respected building services contractor operating across commercial, industrial, and facilities management sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing detailed electrical estimates for a range of projects and maintenance works.
Reviewing tender enquiries, drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation.
Building strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Identifying opportunities to improve project value and cost efficiency.
Supporting the bid and pre-construction process from enquiry through to submission.
Working closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure successful project handovers.
Monitoring market trends and material costs to maintain accurate pricing.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an Electrical Estimator position within the construction, M&E, or building services sector.
Strong understanding of electrical installations and associated project costs.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Commercially minded with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Confident communicator with strong organisational abilities.
Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively.
