Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to move into a rewarding role where you can support and develop the next generation of engineering apprentices?

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Cumbria's leading technical education providers, delivering training and assessment to engineering apprentices and supporting them throughout their apprenticeship journey.
Working as part of an established engineering team, you will deliver coaching sessions, carry out assessments, and conduct regular progress reviews with learners and employers, ensuring apprentices develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to successfully complete their programmes.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering and a strong industrial background within the sector. Previous teaching or assessing experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as support and training can be provided for the right individual.

The Role
* Deliver and assess Electrical Engineering programmes up to Level 3
* Support apprentices throughout their qualification and apprenticeship journey
* Liaise with employers and learners to ensure timely progress and achievement
* Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
The Person
* Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering
* Industrial experience within electrical engineering
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* Passionate about supporting and developing apprentices
