Electrical Engineer / Assembler - Contract
Location: Doncaster
Rate: £25-£28 per hour
Contract: 3-month rolling contract
IR35: Outside IR35 or Umbrella
I'm currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer / Assembler for a contract opportunity based in Doncaster.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in electrical assembly, wiring, panel building and electrical engineering within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
The Role
Electrical assembly and wiring of equipment/systems
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
Building and assembling electrical components
Testing, fault-finding and identifying electrical issues
Working to engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards
Supporting the wider engineering and production team
The Candidate
We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience in electrical engineering, electrical assembly or panel building
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
Strong hands-on assembly and wiring skills
Experience working in a manufacturing/engineering environment
Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
Relevant electrical/engineering qualifications would be advantageousRate: £25-£28 per hour
Contract: Initial 3 months, rolling thereafter
Engagement: Outside IR35 or Umbrella
