We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading UK Facilities Management provider supporting a prestigious critical healthcare contract.
???? This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regulated environment, maintaining critical electrical infrastructure that keeps essential services running safely and efficiently.
⚡ What You'll Be Doing:
???? Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across the site.
⚙️ Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs safely and efficiently.
???? Maintaining lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting and associated electrical systems.
???? Supporting statutory inspections, testing and certification requirements.
???? Responding to emergency breakdowns and prioritising critical systems.
???? Updating maintenance records using the CAFM system.
???? Working closely with engineers, contractors and the Estates team.
???? Following all Health & Safety procedures while working within a live critical environment.
????♂️ What We're Looking For:
???? NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering.
⚡ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (17th Edition considered).
???? Experience within Facilities Management, Building Services or a similar maintenance environment.
???? Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
???? Good understanding of statutory compliance and safe working practices.
???? Excellent communication and customer service skills.
⭐ Desirable:
???? Previous experience within healthcare or other critical environments.
⚙️ Experience working on critical building services infrastructure.
???? Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems.
