Description:
Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer (FM)
Location: Salisbury Salary: £38,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Holidays: 25 days + 8 bank holidays Overtime: Available
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine electrical maintenance and inspections on building systems and equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects and tasks.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and reports.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and breakdowns.Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably within facilities management.
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2382, 2391, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring regulations, and maintenance procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.Benefits:
