Hays are recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Technician to support a short-term temporary contract. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established facilities management environment.The role: You'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a commercial portfolio, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical and electrical systems
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Deliver a high standard of service to site stakeholders
Complete all relevant documentation and reportsWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Multiskilled or Maintenance Engineer
Electrical or mechanical bias with strong fault-finding ability
Experience within FM or commercial environments
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independentlyWhat's on offer:
