Description:
The Recruitment Crowd have partnered with a well known company looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team that are based in The Northeast.
Salary:
* £35,000 to £36,000 per year depending on experience
Role/Responsibility:
* Clearly communicating proposals in a variety of ways; sketching, hand-prototyping, CAD etc.
* Understanding and defining the processes involved in concept / product development.
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Designing and selecting equipment
* Drawing up project plans and circuit diagrams using computer-assisted engineering and design software
* Planning and overseeing production programs
* Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations
* Managing and coordinating teams of workers

* Finding the most cost efficient and productive processes

* Understand the technical requirements for sourcing and integrating bought-out components.
* Understand the design from a manufacturing perspective, producing high quality engineering drawings, and other technical documentation where required.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Knowledge Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience of using AutoCad is desirable
* Experience of using Solidworks is desirable
* Electrical / control knowledge is essential
* Knowledge of production engineering practice
* ONC or Equivalent qualification required
