With opportunities in both Edinburgh and Glasgow, you'll play a key role in delivering technically challenging projects across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, residential, science & technology, mixed-use and large-scale infrastructure developments.The RoleYou'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design through to construction and completion, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions.Key responsibilities include:

Designing electrical building services systems for a variety of projects
Producing calculations, specifications and technical reports
Working closely with architects, mechanical engineers and sustainability specialists
Developing designs using BIM and industry-standard software
Coordinating with clients, contractors and project stakeholders
Supporting project delivery to quality, programme and budget requirements
Mentoring junior engineers where appropriateAbout YouWe're keen to speak with engineers who have:

Experience in Electrical Building Services design
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
Knowledge of UK building regulations and design standards
Experience using industry software such as Revit, Amtech, Dialux or similar
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ambition to achieve, or continue progressing towards, professional chartershipWhat's on Offer?
