We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting a critical healthcare environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a prestigious contract, ensuring essential electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Working as part of a professional Estates team, you'll play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance while supporting the reliable operation of a live critical site.
⚡ What you'll be doing:
???? Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance
⚙️ Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
????️ Ensuring electrical installations comply with current regulations and industry standards
???? Supporting statutory inspections, testing, and certification
???? Responding to emergency breakdowns and prioritising critical systems
???? Maintaining accurate maintenance records using CAFM systems
???? Liaising with contractors and internal teams to support engineering works
???? Working safely within a live critical environment while following Health & Safety procedures
????♂️ What we're looking for:
???? NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering
???? 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
???? Experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, or a similar maintenance environment
???? Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
???? Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
???? Good understanding of statutory compliance and safe working practices

✅ Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems
