Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Electrical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems for various types of aircraft. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, aviation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
Design electrical systems for aircraft, including power distribution, avionics, and wiring.
Develop detailed electrical schematics and diagrams using CAD software.
Ensure designs meet all relevant aviation regulations and standards (e.g., FAA, EASA).

System Integration:
Integrate electrical systems with other aircraft systems.
Conduct system-level testing and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with other engineering teams (mechanical, software, systems) to ensure seamless integration.

Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of electrical designs, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
Create and update technical manuals and maintenance instructions.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures in design.

Project Management:
Manage electrical design projects from concept to completion.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for component procurement and fabrication.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Innovation and Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and aviation technology.
Propose innovative solutions to improve electrical system performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in the aerospace industry.
Proven track record of designing and developing aircraft electrical systems.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, CATIA EWB).
Strong knowledge of aviation standards and regulations (e.g., FAR, DO-160, DO-178).
Experience with avionics systems, power distribution, and electrical wiring interconnect systems (EWIS).

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
Experience with aircraft certification processes (e.g., FAA Part 23/25).
Knowledge of systems engineering principles.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
