Description:
Our client is a leading contractor in the renewables sector and they are looking to grow their team considerably over the next 12 months due to the amount of new projects and frameworks across the UK. Offering a fantastic environment for an experienced electrical design engineer to join their busy office in Hull and play an integral part in the design of new and up coming projects.
Job Responsibilities:
* Working closely with clients and preparing detailed designs for renewable energy solutions.
* Using auto CAD Lite to design new projects and work from these to produce estimates and Bom’s.
* Collaborate with other teams within the company to deliver the projects and overcome any obstacles through all stages of the project.
* Troubleshoot any electrical issues and offer efficient and cost effective solutions to the client and company.
* Provide technical guidance and support through out the project.
* Attending meetings with clients and possibility of site visits as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
* HND Hons Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Proficient in Auto CAD Lite
* Experience within the renewables sector would be advantageous.
* Must have excellent IT and communication skills.
* Own transport and driving licence.
