Excellent role on offer for a Electrical Design Engineer looking to join a growing, well-established business, working with specialist products, with the opportunity to grow with the company and become an industry expert.

On offer is the chance to continue your career progression, learn new skills and take on a new challenge. Reporting to the engineering director, you will be a key part of the team, bridging the gap between the design team, production and sales teams.
This company have been established for over 100 years, and continue to go from strength to strength. They have plans to continue their recent growth and are currently recruiting across the business. They specialise in the design and manufacture of specialised electrical power applications, and provide to a range of industries, specifically the automotive industry.
In this role you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings, electrical design calculations, creating BoMs, using 3D packages, working with medium and high voltage applications. You will also be communicating with other departments to collectively maintain a high quality.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a good experience using AutoCAD electrical, an electrical degree or qualification, experience with 3D CAD packages. Ideally you will have a good understanding of electrical industry standards and the CE marking process.
