Description:

A new opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join a growing Midlands based company that provides both Mechanical and Electrical installation and maintenance services across the commercial and industrial sectors

Duties and Responsibilities:

This Position is for someone who has experience within Electrical Contracts Manager

*

Predominantly office based managing a variety of projects

*

Project is worth up to £3M

*

Overseeing all Electrical personal on site

*

Procure materials

*

Manage financial aspects

Requirements:

*

You will previously have worked in the Construction industry as Electrical Contracts Manager, Electrical Project Engineer, Electrical Project Manager, and Building Services Engineer.

*

Commercial or Industrial experience

*

SSSTS or SMSTS

*

It would be desirable if you have ran multiple jobs at once

The role as a Electrical Contract Manager is on permanent basis with regular salary reviews based on merit and a clear line for progression
