Electrical Contracts Manager / Estimator
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Location: Sidcup – covering London & the City
About the Role
We are an expanding electrical contracting company delivering high-quality solutions to prestigious blue-chip clients across London. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager / Estimator to join our growing team.
This client-facing role combines estimating, contract management, technical expertise and commercial responsibility, from initial enquiry through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare quotations and estimates for commercial electrical projects.
* Manage contracts from enquiry through to completion.
* Carry out site surveys and liaise with clients.
* Coordinate site teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
* Manage budgets, procurement and resources.
* Ensure compliance with electrical, building and Health & Safety regulations.
* Develop strong client and supplier relationships.
Requirements
* Fully qualified electrician – NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
* 18th Edition qualification.
* Experience in commercial electrical estimating and contract management.
* Strong knowledge of commercial installations, testing and maintenance.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* Knowledge of current electrical regulations.
* General building/site experience advantageous.
* Full UK driving licence.
