Electrical Construction Manager
Central London | Permanent | Up to £70,000 per annum + Package
An established M&E Contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the site delivery of commercial fit-out projects throughout Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business with a strong pipeline of projects and play a key role in ensuring electrical installations are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of electrical works on site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring projects remain on programme.
Key Responsibilities
Managing daily site operations for electrical installations.
Supervising subcontractors and direct labour.
Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with programme.
Carrying out quality inspections and managing snagging.
Attending site and client meetings.
Coordinating commissioning activities.
Managing site logistics and material deliveries.
Working closely with project management and commercial teams.
Requirements
Experience as an Electrical Construction Manager or Senior Electrical Site Manager.
Commercial fit-out experience within the M&E sector.
Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred.
