Role: Electrical Construction Manager.
Location: Birmingham.  

Are you an Electrical Construction Manager who’d be interested in working for one of the largest Principal Contractors in the UK, renowned for progressing Construction Managers into Project Manager positions?

My client has an envious reputation for delivering some of the most flagship commercial projects in the UK, with project values ranging from £10m - to £70m in M&E value.

They're in search of an Electrical Construction Manager for a four-month duration to oversee a refurbishment project in the heart of Birmingham.

Duties include:

Management and delegation of work to sub-contractors.
Health & Safety responsibility for Electrical works.
Compiling weekly progress reports for senior management.
Communicate efficiently with clients and suppliers to ensure the project will be completed on time.
Identify and rectify flaws with design and installation.
Track and reduce the cost of labour whenever possible.
