A leading M&E fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join their growing London team, delivering high-profile projects typically ranging from £5m–£10m+.
This business is steadily becoming a recognised industry leader, backed by a board of forward-thinking directors who have all progressed internally. The Role:
Managing the on-site delivery of electrical packages from installation through to commissioning and handover.
Overseeing electrical installations including power, lighting, containment, fire alarms, security, and associated building services.
Managing electrical supervisors, subcontractors, and site labour to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality.
Coordinating with the Mechanical Construction Manager, Project Manager, commercial team, and client representatives to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitoring programme progress, resolving site issues, and driving productivity across all electrical works.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and client expectations. Requirements:
Electrically qualified with a valid JIB Gold Card (or equivalent recognised electrical qualification).
Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager delivering electrical packages on projects valued at £5m+.
