North East Region

The Opportunity
A respected UK manufacturer specialising in low-energy HVAC and ventilation solutions is seeking an Electrical Commissioning Engineer to support projects throughout the North East region.
This is a field-based position focused on commissioning, servicing and fault-finding across a diverse portfolio of commercial installations. The successful candidate will work on technically advanced ventilation systems used within sectors such as education, healthcare and public infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Commission electrical and mechanical ventilation systems.
Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
Diagnose electrical and control system faults.
Perform repairs, testing and commissioning activities.
Configure HVAC and building control systems.
Complete all commissioning reports and technical documentation.
Build effective working relationships with contractors, consultants and clients.
Ensure all work is completed safely and to specification.
About You
You will ideally possess:
Experience commissioning, servicing or maintaining HVAC, ventilation or building services equipment.
Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
Knowledge of HVAC controls and building management systems.
ECS Card.
CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Good customer-facing and communication skills.
Ability to manage your own workload and site activities.
Desirable
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
BACnet controls experience.
Commercial ventilation commissioning experience.
