Description:
We are looking for an Electrical Assembly Operative to work on a 3 month minimum contract (possibly going longer) in Wigan.
Rate is £13.45 PAYE per hour plus holdays, pension etc
Key Responsibilities for the Electrical Assembly Operative:
* Wiring and assembly of RCDs within domestic electrical units.
* Using manual hand tools and small mechanical tools.
* Testing completed electrical units.
* Re-labelling small components and parts.
* Heat shrinking and packaging products ready for dispatch.
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in electrical assembly or a manufacturing environment is desirable.
* Good practical and manual skills.
* Comfortable using hand and small mechanical tools.
* Good attention to detail and quality.
* Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team.
