Description:
We are recruiting for a number of Electrical Assemblers and/or Panel Wirers for a client based in Stoke due to winning a number of contracts. This is a contract position to start with but could lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Your Responsibilities as an Electrical Assembler / Panel Wirer
· To ensure that the build quality is second to none
· Support other teams within the department
· Test and inspection of own work
· Harness/Cable/Loom assembly
· Liaising with the Engineering department on prototype work
· Panel wiring 12- and 24- and 230-volt units
· Assembling panels in cabinets
Essential skills
· Previous experience working from technical schematics.
· Experience with electrical and electronic test equipment.
· A sound understanding of electro-mechanical assemblies.
· Previous experience working as a harness builder/wireman
