Location: Stroud
Salary: £25,000 per annum + discretionary performance bonus
Job Type: Permanent | Full Time

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

My client is a global leader in the design and manufacture of advanced electrical components, supplying innovative solutions to the aerospace, defence, automotive and other high-performance sectors.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Electrical Assembler to join our growing production team. Whether you already have experience in electrical assembly or are looking to develop your skills within a high-tech manufacturing environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive and close-knit team.

The Role

As an Electrical Assembler, you'll play a key part in building high-quality electrical products used in cutting-edge applications. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll assemble and inspect components with precision, ensuring every product meets our exacting quality standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assembling electrical components and sub-assemblies
Building and assembling PCB boards
Using a variety of hand tools safely and accurately
Carrying out wiring and electrical assembly work from drawings and work instructions
Soldering electronic components (experience desirable but not essential)
Inspecting finished assemblies to ensure the highest quality standards
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products.

You'll ideally have:

Experience in electrical or electronic assembly (preferred)
PCB assembly experience (desirable)
Basic soldering experience (desirable but training can be provided)
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
The ability to follow technical drawings or assembly instructions
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong teamwork skills and a reliable work ethic
